Fitz Hire reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice and are effective immediately upon posting in this site.  We ask you to review these terms and conditions whenever possible for your own benefit in using our website.
  • Fitz Hire only sell100% genuine products.  We do not sell any copies or fakes.
  • It is our aim to provide our customers with the best information relating to product information and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies found on our web site.  
  • All stock and prices are subject to availability.
  • Prices are in Euro and Sterling and include VAT.
  • Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Fitz Hire will not grant any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
  • The delivery cost will be outline before purchase.
  • Refunds on items returned will be offered at the price paid at the time of purchase and will only be given within 28 days of purchase.  Items purchase on special offer will only be refunded at the special price.  
  • All complaints will be acknowledged with7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.   
  • We have teamed up with Stripe payments to process credit/debit card payments on our site. Stripe payments are certified and approved by several leading financial institutions and their systems and security controls are based on current industry standards. Please note we do not store process or store credit/debit card details on our site.
  • Fitz Hire cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, or any damage caused to you purchase once the package has been dispatched to the courier and a dispatch acknowledgement has been emailed to your specified address.
  • In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect order, Fitz Hire will upon receipt of the returned incorrect item send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Fitz Hire will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the refunded item, refund the customer for cost of their second order and for their return postage.
  • If Fitz Hire have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by our customer we will notify them as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item(to the same value) or credit their credit/debit card for the cost of the unavailable goods.  Fitz Hire will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
  • Orders returned by the courier as not picked up will be refunded  the cost of  products upon receipt, not including postage.  Customer will be notified and the order cancelled.  The customer will them have to re-order the goods if they are still required.  
  • If an order is not received the customer must contact Fitz Hire with 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
